Arrived shattered

Very disappointed. This is my 2nd set. When picking up box at gate I heard clinking china- not a good sign! The lids were loose, the inside of container torn up and tea pot cracked at top. Very poor handling of shipping!

Damaged goods

Although the server was packaged nicely, the top dish had no hole in it to be able to add it to the stand. The replacement order was then delivered to the wrong address. I'm sure the stand is beautiful, but it has been a huge disappointment in just trying to get the item.
