Dress - Evening

I ordered this dress twice. First, size 6 then a size 8 and both sizes were too small. I'm 5'1" and 135 lbs. This dress runs small. I may try a size 10 because i really like it. Change the size chart Frustrated as i wanted to wear to a function.
