Side twist dress

Dress runs small. I ordered my normal size 6/S,was toooo tight. The dress itself is very nice but sizing is off.

I was trying to be careful with measurements but this was still tight around my waist so I returned it. Good quality though. I bought a XXL. I went to the store and looked around. 14W fit much better.
