This item would have been great if it didn’t stop working for no reason. I contacted customer support to troubleshoot it and then answer was it “should” be working fine but since it’s not buy a new unit from us. Way too expensive to just die and have zero support. What a rip off.
it works, but with time
so dont expect overnight results. it does sting, i dont have time for this to review in detail but the bottom part of my legs where i used sporadically i have noticed "bald" pactches. i say in "" because they still grow randomly like sporadic vegetation on a desert. but it worked! i have olive skin and no rash or discoloration.

Really works
I’m mocha color with dark hair. This is my new best friend. I used it on my sister who is like chocolate although it said- will not work. I placed the setting on the lowest for her and it did work. She did not get any burns either. Her doctor told her that the area looks better. Win win.
Does NOT come with 2 long life cartridges
The one installed on the appliance itself is the 50,000 impulses cartridge + a pack with one additional long life one. I have light skin tone with yellow undertones and it works well for me - started on level one; slowed down regrowth and resulted in few clear areas/patches. For best results use on schedule - does take time and consistency. I have tried the professional laser hair removal and my hair grew back - not with this home version so for me it is well worth it. Good luck!

so far ive been using the machine for 2 weeks already! ive seen the hair grows slower and thinner ! cant wait to see the final results!
BETTER THAN GOING TO DERMA CLINIC
I bought this item for about a month now. I’ve been spending a lot of money seeing going to derma clinic for an IPL session and they’re just giving me 5-7 pulses per session on my underarms. When i learned about this product, i’ve read a lot of reviews and decided to buy one for myself. Tried it first on my underarms and the hair is much lesser now compared before. I’m doing it once a week. I can see a lot of improvements, less hair, less chicken skin, less hair ingrown. I can’t wait to achive the result that i want. Just be careful using this product coz it might cause burning your skin if you use the highest power button. So, i suggest that you try the lowest first. As for myself, i’m just using the second button. I had some burns on my thigh and leg area when i tried to use the 3rd button or the highest. It comes with 2 cartridges with 120,000 pulses each. A total of 240,000 pulses. Really worth the price compared to going to derma clinic which will cost you a lot of money. It comes with a cute bag, perfect for travelling and a hydration mist that you can apply after each session to avoid drying of your skin. It also has manuals and CD. So, before using it just make sure to read the manuals for instructions to avoid any injuries. I'm just giving 4 out of 5 stars because i haven't seen my desired outcome yet.
