tight on top and extremely large everywhere else

Really like the style of these pants but the model must be abnormally tall as these pants were about 4-5 inches too long, and I am 5‘5“ tall. Additionally, they were snug fitting at the top and way too large in the hip and legs. Not a good look at all.
