Received an empty box

I've purchased S.I.S. earrings in the past and like the quality. It was a no brainer to get these hoops, which would be great for everyday wear. Unfortunately when I opened the box the only thing inside was the shipping invoice and some promo inserts. I have ordered from Macy's for years and this has NEVER happened before. I attempted to reorder the earrings, which were still available. The rep claimed to reorder the earrings; however all he did was issue a refund.

Great Quality But Too Brassy

The quality is great compared to other brands that Ive previously purchased from Macy’s. My only con is that they’re a little too brassy and fake looking.
