SimpleHuman doesn't respond to emails!!

I sent simplehuman an email about the purchase which they didn't address in their reply. I sent them another email in response to their reply, which they haven't answered. This is the second time something like this has happened when I have corresponded with them. I don't think they really want questions or feedback unless it is positive.

Misleading presentation on the website - this is not soap

I was looking at the soap refill fragrance options for the 2 automatic soap dispensers that I was also ordering at the time, along with many other items. Much of the site is intuitive, but when I was looking at the soap fragrance options, they showed me this fragrance-free option, which made sense to me as not everyone likes soap with a fragrance (including my engineers for who I was buying one of the dispensers and what I thought was fragrance-free soap. Now I have 4 containers of sanitizer that I will never use. And I need more soap.

Disappointed

I would give this product a 5. I have used it in the past. But the order was sent with expiration date for this month. Replacement sent was same lot and expiration date. Product is good. Fulfillment not.

Typical Simple Human quality

I recently purchased this product to use in my Simple Human dispensers. I like that there was a fragrance free option available, most other hand sanitizers are scented with an offensive perfume.
