didn't get my order. customer service was horrible. didn't do anything to assist. very disappointed in Macys

Pretty ring, unfortunately three stones have already fallen out. I’ve probably only worn it 5 or 6 times. Very disappointed because it can no longer be returned. Be very careful of stones not set properly.
