wrong item

I ordered these gold-tone earrings, but they arrived in silver. I returned them to Macy's, expecting to exchange them for the ones I wanted, but they weren't in stock. I ordered them again online, and they arrived in silver again. Returned. The gold earrings look nice in the photo, but the silver ones look cheap in person.
