Missing Items

The box I purchased stated that it would include two eye creams, two face creams, one toner, and one cleanser. Although the package was delayed, when I finally received and opened it, none of the items listed in the product description were included.I contacted customer service seeking a resolution; however, no meaningful solution was offered. A 25% discount was only presented at the end of the interaction, which did not address the issue, as my expectation was to receive the product as advertised.Given Macy’s reputation as a well-established retailer, this experience was both unexpected and unacceptable. I am now left without the products I needed and faced with unnecessary inconvenience. It is concerning that a company of this size failed to properly verify the contents of an order prior to shipment.

Not as advertised

According to the description and the photo, this product should include two face cream and two 0.8 oz eye cream. But the truth is you only get one face cream and two 0.08 oz eye cream. At the first time I received this order, I thought something was missing in my package. So I return the package for exchange. Now I received a brand new one but containing the exact the same things as the previous one
