Great Essence

I’ve been using this essence for 7+ years. If I stop using it, I can see the difference. Also, a plus is I use it for my hands when my hands are red and flaky from washing too much ( healthcare worker). My face is bright and clear from daily use.

Great Gift Set

Nice facial essence

Such a lovely and nice facial essence. It is very lightweight and hydrating on skin. The ingredient list is short and simple which I always look for in my skincare things. Love everything about this product except the price tag. Hopefully in long run, the investment will pay off.

They shipped me wrong item

I ordered this SKII facial mask. This is my first time to order things from Macys online. But when I got the shipment. I found out it is a perfume instead of the facial mask I ordered. I called the customer service three times. The first time they said on their system it shows it is not delivered yet even though on my account it shows that it is delivered. And the box I got has the correct tracking number as shown on my account. So I called again two days later. They asked me if I want a refund or a reship. I confirmed that I want a reship. One day later, I called the customer service again and they told me that they started refund. I am not sure what is going on inside the Macy's system but it is a total mess. I will just move forward with refund. I am so tired of the whole process. I don't have issue with SKII facial mask itself. I got some from Japan and I really like it.
