Can't stop the lights

My six year old had these shoes for approximately 2 months. 1 light is blinking and will not stop. Besides the light they were great shoes

Why no on/off for super bright lights?

Why in the world would you make a shoe that lights up with no on/off button? There is no button to turn off the super bright blue flashing lights on the butterfly! Where can you actually wear these?
