Size runs small and Very bad customer service

I like Skecher shoes. This time the size was too small than normal, though I like the shoe as it is comfortable and of good quality. I returned the item and have NOT received my returns yet. It has been over two weeks. I know it arrived there (using the tracking) but nothing - no email even confirming receipt of the returned item. I'm very disappointed by their customer service and that is the reason for 1 star. Very poor customer service that doesn't reflect Skecher! I sent emails and NO response! Very sad! Still waiting my refunds....
