Need to Focus on Quality Control

This is a replacement pair for an identical pair purchased approximately 3 years ago (the right shoe cracked in several places). The old shoes had been waterproofed, but it still might have been my luck of the draw. When I tried on the replacement shoes, the arch support in the left shoe was putting pressure on my heel - not comfortable at all. As I was repackaging the shoes to return them, I got a bright idea to replace the arches of the new shoes with the old ones. When I removed the insole of the new left shoe, the arch and heel supports had each been glued into random spots within the shoe. When I put each piece into its proper place, the shoes fit wonderfully. I'm glad I took the insole out, rather than pay to have the shoes returned. They are a nice shoe and I do recommend them, but the Company needs to keep a better eye on quality control. As always, this is just my 2 cents in the matter.
