I would never buy this product again

I ordered wide & was offered medium. I declined. I was later offered wide & accepted. The shoes sent after many weeks were MEDIUM. After many years of buying many pr. of your shoes online w/no problems, never again. Too bad the nearest store is 45 min. away.
