Broken first used

Its broken already and im not gonna be able to use it again. The thing that holds the shoelace broke while im trying to tie my shoes. Not a good shoes and can return it because i used it already. Waste of money!

Boots

The right shoe was not the same as the left had a discoloration on the toe of the boot. I would like to get a return label to send them back.
