Cools in warm weather freezes your feet in cold weather

I bought these to use for work as I am on my feet 12 hours a day. My back stopped aching after I started using it and it's amazing. I did not have any issues with it in summer as it cooled my feet. Problem is now that it's winter, my feet freeze cos it's still cooling when I need warmth, I would need to buy new shoes which is disappointing considering how much I shelved out for these. Shoes are good but wouldn't recommend training in cold weather with these on

HONESTLY THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES

Don't usually write shoe reviews, but these are like standing on one of those chef's mats that are thick foam rubber. Takes the shock out of every step and the shoes weigh next to nothing. They look good, too!
