Poor customer service
I was very disappointed with my purchase and with their customer service. I returned the item, but Skechers refused to replace it. They claimed it was normal wear, but it most definitely was NOT.

Disappointing
Three previous purchases of hoodless hoodie were very good. But the one I bought last year is pilling like crazy, and the company refuses to replace. Very disappointed.
