Cute shoes but I never got them

I was looking forward t getting these shoes and since I have ordered online before I didn't double check the address where my items were going to. So, where did they go? Where my daughter lived four years ago in MD. When I did a chat to see what I could do I was told I had to contact the person who received them and that since I was a third party there was nothing I could do, it was up to the other people. Third party? I charged the items to MY card! I guess I will be having to pay for these items which I never received.

Incorrect size

I ordered a pair of shoes in size 8, but I received one shoe in size 6 and the other in size 8. I was very disappointed that I didn’t receive a replacement, although I did receive a refund.

Comfortable and cute

I like the look and feel of the shoe. It has light support, not an exercise shoe.
