wrong color

I ordered black sandals and Macy sent me a different color. i will have to return the sandals.

My lower back hurts when I wear these

I really wanted to like these. They fit good but when I wear them my lower back is painful for some reason. I cannot wear them anymore. Very attractive and fit well. I just can't wear this type of sole apparently.
