I like these but they run wide

I like these but order down a half size. I consistently wear a 5.5 in Skechers but this style is loose in the heel and toe. My heel slips up and down when I walk and the toe is a bit wide. It's a good fit in the middle though.

The black sketchers were not delivered. Please ship them as directed in my original order. I received the other items listed as delivered, except for the black sketchers.
