Dangerous on wet floors

I bought this to use at work in a kitchen. But I can't use it at work because it slides on wet floors. The sole seems to be made of plastic instead of rubber.

Too wide

Unfortunately this style is too wide for me. It's a wide B. Long enough, in a size 11, which is good. Well-made but not for me. I did place an extra insole in it to try to make it work, to no avail.

I like these but they run wide

I like these but order down a half size. I consistently wear a 5.5 in Skechers but this style is loose in the heel and toe. My heel slips up and down when I walk and the toe is a bit wide. It's a good fit in the middle though.
