Do better on quality checking

They arrived dirty on the bottom and the inside of both shoes. Seems like they were either display shoes or returned like this and resold. This isn't the first time I've come across a product that seems used. Just because they are on sale doesn't mean the quality should go down check these items before sending out! Overall my mother told me they are comfortable and has always worn these types of shoes the fit was on point but no one wants to give "new" shoes that are dirty before even wearing them
