wrong shoe delivered

ordered the black with white bottom, got black with black bottom. Employees need to pay more attention to what they are packing.

Wrong item sent

Macy sent the wrong item. I ordered shoes that were black with white sauce and I got black with black souls. Very annoying to have paid for shipping for an item that was incorrect.

Way too big

Runs way too big. I ordered the right size but way too big for me even though I have my thick socks. Returned. It.

Very comfortable shoe

These shoes are super comfortable. I love the slip on styling. My only complaint is that the top of the shoe gets a hole from the toenail on my big toe within a few months. I keep my toenails short, so that isn't the problem.
