Sizing is slightly off

Love the plants but sizing is off. I'm 5'3" to 5'4" and 114lbs. I ordered the small and the length was about 2-3 inches too long. Additionally, they are a bit snug in the hip area. I do love the fabric and the look, but I don't think I can wear them because if I get a larger size, ypthe length will be even longer. Really wanted to wear these.

I would not buy this again

Seams were not finished and were split down the front. I had already removed the tags and could not return them. VERY disappointed.
