I would buy these again

Love these boots had a bigger pair last year good cushion if you have bad knees

Relaxed fit boots

I normally buy extra wide, but this says relaxed fit, so I took the regular size and am glad I did. Even with a thick pair of socks, these boots are very comfortable, and I can move my toes so it's not overtight.

Very comfortable

They are very comfortable when you get the correct size. I had recently bought a second pair but the wrong size, so I am waiting for my correct size to come in stock and then I will buy it another pair.

Faulty String Hook

In the evening that I bought them (night before expecting snow in NYC), I was trying them on and the first round hook that holds the string (I was simply trying to adjust it) the round hook fell off!!! UGH! I didn't return them because I was going to need them for the snow the next morning! If you buy, please check the little round hooks that hold the strings & do any string adjusting (tightened them a bit) before you leave the store.
