Sketchers Return

I went to return some Sketchers because they didn’t fit my mother in law. Huge run around! They said Sketchers is a separate vendor. Nobody at the other return counter where they referred to. No notation of this on their website regarding Sketchers returns. This isn’t worth the hassle. What happened to their good customer service? I had to wait for a manager. Then had to wait for her to walk over and see there was nobody to help me.
