Lightweight and Sturdy

True-to-size, with hiking socks. The first thing I noticed was the ankle support. These boots feel nice and snug. Sometimes shoes that claim they have ankle support don’t feel like they come up high enough but that isn’t the case with these. I could have even tied the laces even tighter for more support if I were in rockier/steeper terrain. I don’t think I’ll have to worry about rolling my ankle in these, which is terrific. The insoles feel GREAT. I have another pair of Sketchers (dress flats) and they have the same comfy “Air-Cooled Memory Foam” and they’re pretty much all I wear in the office. Like those, these boots have a good amount of cushion while still providing support. The memory foam hugs your foot and toes in all the right places. I’m excited that these are waterproof so I don’t have to worry about getting water-logged boots on a longer hike in the mountains. I would definitely recommend these boots!
