really stiff and a size too small

My normal size is 7.5 but I tend to order winter shoes a size bigger for a thicker sock. These are about half size smaller than they should be, even with a thin sock. I would suggest ordering a size up for a thick sock. They are also really stiff, even for slip-ons, and bother the bottom back of my ankles, an issue I seldom have. They DO look exactly as pictured, and overall would probably be fine for someone not so particular. I tend to wear several different styles per season and just would not wear these at all. The material and finishing are both of really good quality.

Run big

Its a Skechers i buy for name and fit fir me. Its a rigid shoe not as light as other Skechers boot type shoes i’ve owned. But what bothers me the most, i’m a true 8 but these seem a size larger than i am. Feet move and slide around. So much for snug fit. I might have to return. Going to check with socks .

These are so comfortable and easy to wear and walk in, warm and cozy, weather-resistant (wore them in snow) and look more stylish than I expected. Sturdily made and it’s true you can get them on and off, hands free.
