Never Received the package but says delivered

I’ve been waiting for a month but never received the package. When I checked, it says it was already delivered. However, the tracking information shows that the carrier never received the package either

Extremely comfortable

These shoes are extremely comfortable. Just as advertised, they are very easy to put on and off. There is ample toe room which allows me to tolerate standing for most of the day. I also really love the color and fit.
