Shoe order

I didn't order these. I already received these shoes. Get your collective acts together. I’ve already spent an hour and 2 phone calls speaking with Macys employees regarding this mess. Why would I order a second pair especially at a higher price! Now your mess up has become my problem with returns!

My last order

I did not cancel this order! I cancelled one of the two orders, called, spoke to a human and was told that the second order was in tact. Imagine my shock when I checked today to see they had both been cancelled. Now the price has gone way up. I want this remedied!
