I find it terrible that Macy’s sends / sells shoes that have already been used as if they were new I feel cheated I will never buy online with this application, misleading advertising!!!

Inside of the shoe completely ripped apart within 3 months

I purchased these shoes in April. The interior of the shoe is completely gutted. I am extremely disappointed. I love the shoes but I will need to get them repaired.

Nobody checks to see if these are consistant

About a month ago I bought this style in white and really like it. So I ordered another one in black. The fit is completely different, like a full size bigger. Not even close.
