Hard as a rock shoes

I'm returning these shoes they are extremely hard inside . I have been buying sketchers for over 15 years because they were so comfortable , but now they are so hard . It's the second style I hav enough y and has to return. What happened to the soft memory foam insoles that were so soft and comfortable ? These sketchers appear to be very cheaply made. I'm extremely disappointed .
