the new heel is a dismal failure

I really don't like these. I bought them through the internet site as the nearest Macy's is 2.5 hours away and don't usually care to spend 5 hours driving since I know which sketchers fit. I have been wearing the microburst 2.0 that look identical to these. This heel is too wide for my foot. They are slightly tight in the toe bed but I'm assuming they will loosen up. The "slip in" technology of t he heel is horrible. If it was supposed to prevent me from using a shoe horn it is a miserable fail. The first thing I had to do was get out my shoe horn and I normally only have to use that on my hiking boots. For casual shoes I only wear Sketchers and usually only one or two styles are comfortable due to my foot shape. This is not one of them. I will be searching the internet for the identical looking ones that specifically state microburst 2.0 with their memory foam innersoles although I fear they may soon be retired.

I loved this shoe. Unfortunately, I had to return for a refund as it was too big. A smaller size was not available. I am disappointed.

I've been looking for a pair of comfortable shoes for a long time. I finally found them on this shoe. Its a little wider so my feet have wiggle room and they don't hurt as with other shoes.
