Bought new. Received used. Gross.

I love my other Sketchers slip-ons. They’re so comfy and convenient. Never bought them from Macys. I’ve always bought them direct from Sketchers. But these had such a great price so I bought them. The shoes themselves are beautiful. And I’m sure they are just as comfy as my other ones. But I didn’t even put them on because upon taking them out of the box, it was very obvious that they had been worn and used. The soles are both dirty and grimy. That’s absolutely DISGUSTING! Is this common practice from Macys to accept shoes that have already been worn? Because if it is, I’ll never be buying shoes from them again. I have photos but Macy’s doesn’t allow for photos on reviews, which is strange. Regardless, this is nasty. Please do better, Macys.
