Top of shoe was slightly deformed

The shoe is so cute but it has a bad shape to it. I'm not sure if it's because of the heat during delivery or what it is. But both pairs came "deformed" and because of it, they are uncomfortable.

NOTE: The shoes can be 'reformed' by using a source of low heat such as a hair dryer on the lowest setting.

I will purchase another pair.

I wear these often. Wore to a conference in Fla.. Feet were able to breathe, be comfortable and cute. I received lots of compliments. However I did purchase an 8.5. Now I only see size 8

Poorly made & not comfortable!!!

VERY disappointed. Not comfy, barely an arch, stiff & noisy! Sizing is off & chain was made different length on each. Right shoe tighter bc faux tops of shoes made different & both felt short at tip.
