Cannot open the product

I spent a lot of money on the NeuBrow product and I cannot get it open for the life of me! It seems like it is glued shut or something! I ordered it in advance because I did not know how long my previous tube was going to last and now it appears to be after the return date. I hope you’ll let me exchange it because I absolutely cannot open it!

Great solution Horrible packaging

Been using this formula since chemo. Brows have come in nicely. Then..they changed the packaging. The wand snaps off, the solution is harder to accurately apply. tl the use of a mascara wand creates lots of wasted product. It is expensive and now the tool makes it more expensive with the inadequate applicator.
