DO NOT PURCHASE! **Safety Risk!!!**

DO NOT BUY THIS! Safety risk!!! Our 6 month old was in it today like he has been many times when he jumped and one of the straps came off sending him face planting into the floor. This product should be recalled please keep your babies safe and steer clear!

Cloud counter wont stay attached

My daughter loves this jumper but the cloud the lights up and plays music is removable and it will not stay attached at all to the jumper. I called to see if I could get a replacement and they said they can't replace the parts. It was a gift so I have no proof of purchase and can't get a replacement. She's just using it without the lights and music which is really sad because that keeps her occupied so much longer.
