Zipper broken after 1 month of use

The bag does a great job of keeping bottles cold, but I’ve only been using it about a month and the zipper is already broken! I can no longer get it to close.

Price ok

You can't get those ice packs it comes with separately, so when it gets punctured, you have to find an alternative, they do not sell replacement packs, and they are a unique size.. The bag itself is jut pretty standard or avarage.

This is the best bag ever. Even with a regular size freezer pack you can fit 2-3 bottles in here. Such a great accessory for shorter trips! I've had my for 3 years with no issues!!!Would highly recommend.
