I got this as a gift on my registry and after I used it I was very disappointed. The volume controls are not working! Volume can only be decreased and cannot be increased. I have read many reviews on poor volume. I think there was a defective batch of the machine that has this volume control issue. I want a refund!!! Worse white noise machine. Do not buy please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because we were doing a cross country drive trip with our 4 year old and 5 month old. Every night we stayed in a new state in a hotel and our kids sleep schedule obviously went out the window. This helped them get to sleep so much quicker. I used to play white noise on my phone for the baby but this is so much more convenient especially with the night light. Love it so much! We use it every night now.

My son doesn’t like it! The lights only shine a little bit- def don’t light up the ceiling

I got it because my sister has them for both her boys and i thought it would be good. No it's so freaking quiet there's no point. I told my sister and she said "yeah they're hit or miss, I've been through five of them already because some are super quiet or just stop working" why she keeps buying them? No clue lol

Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Like everyone else, the volume is way too low.

We received this as a gift. My sister in law has the same one from years ago (it’s the reason we registered for it) but compared to hers, the sound is SO quiet. Not sure if it’s just ours? Or if the quality is different now. But we are super disappointed.

We received this as a gift for my first daughter 3 years ago and loved it. She still uses it every night to this day. We bought another one when our second was born a few months ago but just like a lot of the other reviewers, the volume doesn't work! It doesn't get loud enough at all. Not sure if the quality has just gone down or if they just had a defective batch. Disappointed.
