Bad product!

We have put the scews in these two chairs every time we use them. They will not stay in and you will fall if you are not careful. We contacted the seller and he asked us to tell him the problem. We did and got no more responses. We can't use the chairs. I am 76 and my husband if 85. We can't afford a fall or broken bone.
