Big Mistake!

These bar stools are not only poor quality, but the company struggled to refund the entire purchase amount. We purchased the bar stools for our new bar. My 80 year old father who weighs less than 180lbs sat on the stool and it immediately broke. The back leg which is made of wood cracked. Luckily my father did not fall to the floor. Five calls later to Macy’s resulted in a partial refund and Star money. This experience was so bad, I almost cancelled my Macy’s card.
