Worst Grill Ever!

It took 45 minutes just for the charcoal to turn to ash after I had to keep repeatedly squirting lighter fluid on the charcoals. Barely even cooked my meat at all even after waiting an hour for it to cook my chicken and vegetables and I didn't even wrap the grill grates in tin foil at all!! .
