Misleading advertising

Terrible customer service! I have complained to customer service and eve gone to the BBB - NO responses at all! I ordered a gaming desk for my grandson for Christmas. The only reason I ordered it was because it was guaranteed delivery before Christmas Eve. I did not get my order until AFTER Christmas. I would have NEVER ordered it if I had known it would not arrive in time before Christmas! I called customer service - all the individual would say is “ I’m so sorry” your order will be delivered Friday. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told it would take an hour to get one on the phone and only to have the supervisor tell me the same thing. I have sent numerous emails to customer service with NO responses. I then went to BBB and they NEVER responded to the complaint through the BBB. I use to like Macys however I will never shop there again! DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADVERTISING ADS! They are not truthful!
