If you want great headphones for only three weeks: would recommend

I bought these headphones in November of 2023. By the second week of December ‘23, one of the ear cushions completely fell off. I placed it in an empty tote bag and put it on the floor of an airplane for take off. When I took them out a few moments later, the cushion was no longer attached to the headphone. Perfect condition to missing a cushion in less than 5 minutes of sitting on the floor in a bag. I had to pin the cushion between the speaker and my ear to keep it in place. Annoying, but fine, whatever, kept using them. A few months later, in April ‘24, the second cushion fell off. I still kept using them, just pinning the cushions in place in order to listen. Now, about 18 months after purchasing, the battery has gone from lasting 8+ hours on moderate volume, per full charge, to lasting less than 3 hours on low volume at full charge. The sound quality has also gone down, with constant crinkling noises or skipping. I wear my headphones daily, but do not exercise in them, take care to avoid dropping them, keep them away from water and humidity, and store them either folded up neatly in my backpack or on my desk. Aside from a few hours of daily use, I’m really not putting them through a lot. I hoped that the cushions where a fluke and I was willing to put up with the inconvenience in order to enjoy the otherwise good sound and battery life. Now, those are both gone. I regret buying these and wish I had gone for a brand that makes headphones that actually stay in one piece.
