Dressed up but a let down...

Beautiful Dress but not for me. I am 5' 4" and it was way too long. I am a solid size 20W in dresses. This did not hang right on me. The rouching part in the middle hit at my hips. I wanted this one to work as the sleeve details are beautiful and getting to wear a normal was a huge plus. I think if you are a little taller with a longer torso, this would be stunning.
