Love the look and quality of this dress. Too bad the waistline hit me at the ribs, not my waist. Sent it back. If you're not long-waisted, this dress is lovely.

Beautiful "special" dress!

Such a beautiful dress. The bottom white area is full and the fabric is thick so you may not be used to that look if you want a slim look as the thickness makes it pouf out a bit. I may press the pleats down a bit before I wear it to see if that changes anything. I am 5'-2" and 150 lbs (36 bust) and I first ordered an 8 using my bust measurement. Hips don't matter here. The 8 was so small and riding up in my armpits so I ordered the 10 and it was perfect. I will be wearing this to an evening wedding in June. Description says the top is black. It is actually a very dark navy blue. I thought it was black until I put on a black shrug sweater with it and then you could definitely tell it was blue which is fine, just pointing that out.

Absolutely loved this dress. I am 5'2 120 lbs and it just didn't look right on me. Almost like the dress was "too much" for my small frame.
