You may want to steer clear if you're going through perimenopause or menopause. I was sweating all night with this on my bed the first right... Not just hot flashes. Not sure how energized it made me feel. Not impressed.
Better sleep than I've had in years!
When I put this on my bed I honestly wasn't expecting much of a change. But boy was I wrong. Since laying in this pad I have had some of the best sleep of my life. I honestly wake up feeling recovered. I definitely recommend this mattress pad.

Great mattress pad
I was looking for a new mattress pad and this one was perfect. Wanted something lightweight but durable and waterproof was a must. We have small children so you just never know. So far this one seems perfect for what I was looking for. I’ve washed twice and it’s held up well.

Incredible mattress cover
I had no idea a mattress cover could be such a game changer with your bedding. The sleep philosophy energy recovery mattress cover completely elevates my bed. Comfy and energizing!
I can’t say for sure if my sleep is to blame for my energy spike or this mattress pad- but sleeping comfy and cool definitely contributes! I love all the features this mattress pad comes with! Waterproof and not made with harmful chemicals is a huge plus and makes this a great value!

Amazing mattress pad
This sleep philosophy mattress pad is very soft to the touch. It feels cool on the skin and keeps you cool all night long. It fits nicely on the queen size bed and tucks on the corners and does not come off easily. It’s packaged nicely in a roll type bag and comes out easy.

We’re sleeping better!
My husband and I both love this mattress pad! It’s incredibly soft, well made, a value price mark, and the added bonus of being waterproof in case our Littles have an accident! It is easy to clean, sits snugly on our mattress, and has increased our quality of sleep!
