This works for me!

I got these on sale and was willing to try them with a lower price. Didn't expect much, but they actually worked for me. They truly make me less hungry so that I am not just starved before lunchtime. I don't have to snack, and I do fine until mealtime. The only thing is they don't last me long. I would need to replace them and put on a new patch after around noon if I wanted to have more effectiveness beyond lunchtime because they seem to wear out by then. I will buy them again.
