Great Product, Sub-par delivery experience

The pillowcases are amazing. I love the pattern and color and it’s perfect for the way I want to decorate for winter. So if you like pink and plaid and really care about your hair health, this is a great product. However, my experience with the delivery service used was poor which is why I’m giving it a lower rating. I did not receive any calls from the delivery person and they did not attempt to use the package lockers for my apartment complex. I only received my package because I was lucky my neighbor was on his balcony.
