The benefits of silk during healing

fter a car accident left me with a scar on the side of my face, I’ve become extra careful about anything that touches my skin—especially at night. I also do microneedling PRP treatments, and this black silk Slip pillowcase has been such a blessing. It feels so soft and soothing, doesn’t pull or irritate my skin, and actually helps my creams stay in place so I wake up more hydrated. It just makes the healing process more comfortable, and honestly, I feel extremely pampered every time I lay down on it.

NOTE this is a ZIPPERED case

I ordered this silk pillowcase as a medical necessity following neurosurgery, After hours of online research, it appeared the Slip case would be best for my issues. It is available at all upscale department stores. I opted to purchase at Macy's because of a special 30% discount. Excitement and anticipation built as I imagined relief to cervical issues. When the case arrived, I immediately unboxed and placed it in handwash for sleeping the very same night. All my excitement turned to disappointment to say the least after having paid this price when I discovered "ZIPPER" is omitted from Macy's product description. Initial Customer Support chat refused a return because case had been washed. A phone call citing Macy's failure to include the Zipper in the description caused the phone agent to immediately issue me a return and also agreement to forward my request that "ZIPPER" be added to the description. Now I lose the 30% discount, but I can order another with the envelope closure.
